Welcome to InternCircle. Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before registering for our internship programs or using our website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Program Nature & Structure

InternCircle provides self-paced, virtual, project-based internships for college students and freshers. You acknowledge and agree to the following:

• No Active Training: These internships are practical and task-oriented. InternCircle does not provide formal classroom lectures, coding classes, or active coursework instruction.
• Task-Based Evaluation: Interns are required to complete assigned projects independently or under guide references provided.
• No Job Guarantee: Enrolling in or completing an internship does not guarantee placement, employment, or pre-placement offers (PPOs) with InternCircle or partners.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To register for an internship with InternCircle, you must be a student currently enrolled in an accredited university, college, or educational institution, or a recent graduate (fresher). All registrations must be made with accurate, valid, and up-to-date personal details.

3. Optional Certificate Issuance

While the internship tasks, assignments, and coordinator evaluation are provided completely free of cost:

• Optional Certification: Obtaining a verified completion certificate and formal credentials database entry is completely optional.
• Nominal Verification Fee: If an intern chooses to request a verified completion certificate upon successfully finishing their project tasks, a nominal processing and database maintenance fee will apply.

4. Code of Conduct & Honor Code

We value integrity. By submitting project assignments, you confirm that:

• All submitted code, designs, and content are your own original work. Plagiarism or copy-pasting code from unauthorized sources is strictly prohibited.
• You will maintain professional communication with platform members and coordinators.

Failure to abide by the code of conduct may result in immediate termination from the internship without the issuance of an offer letter or completion credentials.

5. Intellectual Property

Any project solutions, codebases, or content developed by you during the internship tasks remain your intellectual property. However, you grant InternCircle a non-exclusive license to showcase your solutions for validation, verification, or promotional portfolio purposes.

6. Privacy Policy

We respect your data privacy. Any personal information provided during registration (name, email, university details) is securely handled in accordance with standard data safety practices and is used solely to coordinate your program and verify credentials.

7. Modifications to Terms

InternCircle reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Internship Fees & Payments

Internship participation requires a small task submission fee to cover administrative costs, mentorship, and platform maintenance. The applicable fee structure is as follows:
